Nostradamus’ Prediction?
In the book “The Prophecies” by Nostradamus, he predicted that the third Anti-Christ’s name would be Mabus. I was told that Obama is choosing Ray MABUS of Mississippi as his Senior Advisor to Middle Eastern Affairs. Now, I do not believe in this at all, but I would like to know some facts and opinions on this issue.

Nostradamus makes one reference to a person (?) named “Mabus”. In Century 2,62 Nostradamus states “Mabus then will soon die” … many bad things will happen. Some people say that Mabus is the AntiChrist (or 3rd AC); however, this does not seem to be supported by C 2,62, which is the ONLY quatrain in which the name appears.
There is a lot of discussion as to who Mabus is. Currently the best three guesses are Saddam, Rabin, or the current (early 1996) U.S. Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Raymond Mabus. Only time will tell if any of the aforementioned people are THE Mabus that Nostradamus refers to.
My thoughts:
To say that Mabus will soon die and then bad things will happen – doesn’t really make sense then to believe he is the anti-christ. Because why would bad things happen when the “anti-christ” dies? It more makes sense that it would be someone that people worship and they are angry when he dies and people start doing “bad things” to each other.
