i bought some weight training supplements.. anyone help me with the order in which i take them?
the vitamin guy explained their purposes but didn’t tell me when to take them. i got:
-weight gainer
-protein
-glutamine
-creatine
-armageddon (stuff like n.o. explode)
which ones are pre-routine and which ones do i take after? how long before and after? thanks!
Protein and creatine is great 30 mins before and right after working out. Taking protein right before bed is crucial..
Glutamine is great right before bed and right when you wake
Armageddon I would take 30-45 minutes before working out
Weight gainer you could take whenever, if you skip a meal take it then
