Owen Wilson is the type of actor who just seems like a really good guy. In his comedies he usually plays a naively hilarious character, who is often unaware of what’s going on, but lovable at the same time. It was incredibly upsetting to hear a while back that he was having emotional issues, because he a tremendous personality.
This article will take a look at some of Owen Wilson’s best films to date.
The first movie that I will discuss on this list is Zoolander. As likable as Derek Zoolander was, Owen’s character, Hansel, was even better. This is a hilarious and lighthearted comedy, and highly recommended if you’re a fan of Stiller or Wilson.
Another movie that must be mentioned on this list is Marley and Me. If you are a dog lover like I am, then there is no way you will not like this movie. Based off the bestselling book of the same name, Owen Wilson stars as the lead, Marley’s owner.
It would pain me to make a list of Owen Wilson movies without mentioning Wedding Crashers. This film is easily one of my favorite comedies in recent memory and the duo of Wilson and Vince Vaughn is pure comedic gold.
Owen Wilson has been nominated for one Academy Award so far in his career, and that was for Best Supporting Actor in The Royal Tenenbaums. This movie is directed by the great Wes Anderson and also stars Ben Stiller and Gene Hackman, amongst others.
The last movie that I feel is worthy of mentioning in this article is Armageddon. I am not usually the biggest fan of Michael Bay movies, but this is one of his better films. This movie also stars Bruce Willis, Steve Buscemi, Liv Tyler and Billy Bob Thornton.
As it stands, these are my favorite Owen Wilson movies up to this point in his career.
This author often posts articles on topics such as the many uses of sheet metal fabricators and corrugated metal sheets.

We who populate this planet have been on a continual quest to understand the future by studying the past. There have been significant events in Earths history that seem to point to a definite and well-defined outcome in the future…..well-defined maybe to those who can “see” future Predictions. For the rest of us who lack End Of The World Prophecy vision, there are numerous sources of information to help us understand (and hopefully avoid the dangers of) End Of The World Predictions of worldwide catastrophe. I have a product review here:2012 End Of The World Predictions
