How do you know that we even have free will?
I mean hundreds of so called Biblical prophesies have been fulfilled (this is a lie but some people actually believe this) by people who have predicted it so if the people of the Bible predicted the End of the world, or the Battle of Armageddon, then doesn’t that mean that time itself is planned out which means that the true definition of free will is obsolete? God planned out the beginning middle and end. So where exactly is the free will?
How could we make independent choices when God has already planned it out? I mean if he already knows that Satan will lose, that the old Heaven will be destroyed and a new one will be built, that the world will end, etc., then doesn’t that defeat the purpose of free will? Can someone explain this to me?
